Antibodies for in vivo applications
Ichorbio attaches particular importance to the production of antibodies for in vivo application with the least possible effects on the test animals. Therefore, all products contain a low level of endotoxin, high purity and low aggregation. The ultra-low endotoxin antibodies are tested for mouse pathogens and do not contain any preservatives or carrier proteins. The purity is over 95% at an endotoxin content of ≤0,5 EU / mg.

Research Grade Biosimilars
Our partner develops and produces a growing number of biosimilars. These are successors to originally biological drugs. Biological drugs are complex and gained from living cells. Also known as biologics, they are used for example in cancer therapy. Unlike chemically produced generics, biosimilars are not completely identical to their originals. Biosimilars are being used more and more, especially in the fight against cancer. TNF tumor necrosis factor is a multifunctional signaling substance of the immune system that is involved in local and systemic inflammation. There are currently three anti-TNF antibodies approved to inhibit TNF alpha: infliximab, adalimumab and golimumab. Ichorbio has developed two versions of adalimumab - a standard biosimilar and an Fc-silenced version. An infliximab biosimilar has also been developed for research purposes.

ichorRed® and ichorGreen® nucleic acid gel stains are non-mutagenic, fluorescent nucleic acid gel stains of the third generation. They are ideal for staining dsDNA, ssDNA or RNA in agarose gels or polyacrylamide gels. The highly toxic traditional ethidium bromide can be replaced directly with ichorRed® without changing the existing imaging system. Gel staining is still compatible with downstream applications such as gel extraction and cloning. ichorRed® is efficiently removed from the DNA by phenol / chloroform extraction and ethanol precipitation. The non-toxic red and green colors are available in different sizes and can be disposed of safely and easily. They are spectrally compatible with standard laboratory instruments.
