CCL7, also known as MCP3, is a member of the CC family of chemokines. CCL7 is a chemoattractant for monocytes and eosinophils and can regulate the functional activity of monocytes. CCL7 exerts its effects through binding to the receptors CCR1, CCR2 and CCR3.
