Sample values	The average concentration of Human EGFR in 10 normal human serum is 25.70 +/- 5.17 ng/mL ranging from 15.35 to 31.96 ng/mL.
Specificity	This assay recognizes both recombinant and natural Human EGFR. The factors listed below were prepared at 50 ng/mL in dilution buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No cross-reactivity was observed.
Interference	Preparations of human EGF at 10 ng/mL in a mid-range recombinant human EGFR control were assayed for interference. No significant interference was observed.
