Description	TMB Substrate is a ready-to-use reagent for use in ELISA. It reacts with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to produce a blue colour. The reaction can be terminated by adding acidic stop solution (sulphuric or hydrochloric acid), which produces a stable yellow reaction product with absorbance maxima at 450 nm.
