Description	DNA Staining Reagent is a sensitive stain for detecting double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). It is provided as a 6X concentrated reagent for preparing DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels, and is a safe and non-hazardous alternative to ethidium bromide. It contains three tracking dyes (Orange G, Bromophenol Blue and Xylene Caynol FF) for visually tracking DNA migration during electrophoresis. Approximate fluorescence excitation/emission maxima: 495/537 nm (when bound to nucleic acids).
