Description	Centrifuge the vial before opening. Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL in sterile distilled water. Avoid votex or vigorously pipetting the protein. For long term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein or stablizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose), and aliquot the reconstituted protein solution to minimize free-thaw cycles.
Background	The protein is a membrane receptor that is activated by the binding of CD28 or CTLA-4. The activated protein induces T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. This protein can act as a receptor for adenovirus subgroup B and may play a role in lupus neuropathy.

Protein Description	Recombinant Mouse B7-1/CD80 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Val38-Lys245) of mouse B7-1/CD80 (Accession #NP_033985.3) fused with a Fc, 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
Protein Bio Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Mouse CD80 at 500 ng/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human CTLA-4 with a linear range of 11-44 ng/mL.
