Description	Recombinant Human Fibronectin (32-345) Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus.It contains Gln32-Thr345.
Background	Fibronectin is a high molecular glycoprotein present in the blood, connective tissue and at cell surface. It is synthesized by many types of differentiated cells and is believed to be involved in the attachment of cells to the surrounding extracellular matrix. Fibronectin has affinity to the other main components of extracellular matrix, collagen and glycosaminoglycans.

Molecular Weight	The protein has a predicted MW of 35.93 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-55 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Stability and Storage	-20 to -80°C for 12 months as supplied from date of receipt.；-80°C for 3-6 months after reconstitution.；2-8°C for 2-7 days after reconstitution.；Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
