Aldehyde Dehydrogenases are the group of enzymes that catalyse the oxidation of aldehydes.

Appearance: White to faint brown and faint beige powder.

Boiling point: One unit will oxidize 1 µM of acetaldehyde to acetic acid per minute at pH 8 at 25 °C in the presence of B-NAD+, Potassium and Thiols.
