Bio-Activity	1. Immobilized mouse CSF1-His (Cat:51112-M08H) at 10 ug/ml (100 ul/well) can bind mouse CSF1R-Fch, The EC50 of mouse CSF1R-Fch is 0.04-0.1 ug/ml. 2. Measured by its ability to inhibit mouse CSF-induced proliferation of M?NFS?60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.01-0.04 ug/mL in the presence of 3 ng/ml Recombinant Human M-CSF.

Molecule Mass	The recombinant mouse CSF1R/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 740 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 83.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 110 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
