Introduction	KRAS is part of the small GTPase superfamily. A single amino acid substitution is accountable for an activating mutation. KRAS participates in various malignancies, including lung adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenoma, ductal carcinoma of the pancreas and colorectal carcinoma.
Description	KRAS 2B Recombinant human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids (1-185 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.2 kDa. The Human KRAS 2B is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance	Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Formulation	KRAS 2B Human solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT 10% glycerol.
Purity	Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Storage	Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
