Introduction	p53 is a tumor suppressor gene expressed in a wide variety of tissue types and is involved in regulating cell growth, replication, and apoptosis. It binds to mdm2, SV40 T antigen and human papilloma virus E6 protein p53 senses DNA damage and possibly facilitating repair. Mutation involving p53 is found in a wide variety of malignant tumors, including breast, ovarian, bladder, colon, lung, and melanoma.
Description	p53 Mutant Human Recombinant full length protein (a.a 135) expressed in E.coli, shows a 81 kDa band on SDS-PAGE. The p53 Mutant is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation	p53 Mutant at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Storage	Store vial at -20C to -80C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
