Introduction	TOLLIP is a ubiquitin-binding protein that interacts with several Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling cascade components. TOLLIP regulates inflammatory signaling and is involved in interleukin-1 receptor trafficking and in the turnover of IL1R-associated kinase.

Immunogen	Anti-human TOLLIP mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human TOLLIP amino acids 61-274 purified from E. coli.
Purification Method	TOLLIP antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography.
Storage	For periods up to 1 month store at 4C, for longer periods of time, store at -20C. Prevent freeze thaw cycles.
