Description	Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE. RDH12 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 303 amino acids (39-316) and having a molecular mass of 33.5kDa. RDH12 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The RDH12 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 200mM NaCl, 2mM DTT and 40% glycerol.
