What does PTM Biolabs do?

For the purpose of improved diagnostics and treatment, advanced proteomics technologies are used to study profiles of proteins, epigenetic histone marks and post-translational protein modifications.

The information generated is integrated with genomics and transcriptomics data to identify appropriate biomarkers. The potential biomarkers are in turn used for diagnosis and prediction of drug sensitivity.

PTM Biolabs also has sequencing-based genomics and transcriptomics techniques in use in combination with platform technologies.
