The company OZ Biosciences has been developing and producing innovative molecular tools for transfection and transduction since 2003. The product selection is aimed at both the scientific community and the pharmaceutical industry. OZ Biosciences specializes in transfection with biomolecules such as DNA, RNA and proteins for in vitro and in vivo applications. This is where the company's philosophy comes from: It wants to provide state-of-the-art transfection and transduction reagents so that scientists can successfully and efficiently achieve their goals and success. OZ Biosciences is particularly characterized by its numerous patents and know-how for the technologies Magnetofection™, magnetobiolisitic, magnetically assisted transduction, polyfection, lipofection and 3D transfection. The company's expertise in this area is known and respected worldwide. Our partner works with academic and industrial research laboratories worldwide and has already received several prestigious awards.

Product variety

OZ Biosciences has developed several unique product lines:

Magnetofection™: a unique gene delivery method for in vitro and in vivo applications.
Lipofection: proprietary biodegradable transfection reagents based on lipids.
Transduction tools: Zur Herstellung, Konzentration, Speicherung und Verbesserung der Vireneffizienz
3D transfection: enables the direct delivery of nucleic acids into the 3D matrix.
Protein delivery systems: including antibodies and based on biodegradable lipid nanoparticles.
Cell-specific reagents: for certain cells such as neurons and stem cells.
Vaccine adjuvants: standard and novel adjuvants for antigenic and genetic immunization.

The transfection product range includes numerous reagents for DNA transfection, siRNA transfection, mRNA / viral transfection and CRISPR Cas9 transfection. When working with viral applications, the company offers products for transduction and infection, virus production, detection and concentration as well as preservation and storage. For stem cell applications there are products for 3D transfection, transduction & infection and assay kits. OZ Biosciences has developed four innovative reagents for in vivo magnetofection: in vivo ViroMag, in vivo PolyMag, in vivo DogtorMag and in vivo SilenceMag. Each of these products is intended for a specific application and can be found on the website or requested from customer service. The company has also developed two serum-compatible formulations that can deliver proteins & antibodies in a variety of living cell lines and primary cells: Pro-DeliverIN™ and Ab-DeliverIN™. In addition, some vaccine adjuvants (VaxOZ adjuvants), nucleic acids and proteins complete the product range. An optimized Cas9 nuclease is new in the range!
