ImmunoPrecise – Proprietary therapeutic antibodies

ImmunoPrecise Antibodies is a full-service therapeutic antibody research company offering a wide range of different antibodies, enzymes and proteins. Our partner company focuses on next generation of antibody discovery to supply the therapeutically most relevant antibodies for the success of clinical trials. With over 30 years of experience in the custom antibody business, around 4000 projects have been completed for a wide range of customers worldwide. ImmunoPrecise offers a high level of customer satisfaction through a tailor-made, professional approach.

Development takes place in Utrecht and Oss, Netherlands (U-Protein Express and IPA Europe) and in Victoria, British Columbia (IPA Canada) with headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota. The team consists of experienced research and development scientists with a wide range of different skills, including innovative technologies required to produce monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies.

B Cell Select™

Supported by decades of experience, the B Cell Select™ platform enables the query of a greater variety of an animal's antibody repertoire. This proprietary platform is species-independent and enables the generation of antibodies from samples that cannot be processed with other methods. B Cell Select™ examines the full antibody repertoire and identifies antibodies for anything possible in an animal's immune repertoire, including protein classes, complex therapeutic targets, post-translational modifications, and small molecules. The B Cell Select™ platform enables the interrogation of ten million blood cells for the generation of native monoclonal antibodies from immunized animals. These specifically target an antigen and allow the rapid selection of top candidates, dramatically increasing the success rate of an antibody discovery program. The platform uses the immune system to create a natural pairing of antibodies produced by selected B cells.

Hybridoma

As a leader in hybridoma development, ImmunoPrecise provides innovative antibody development services including rapid prime immunization, DNA immunization (NonaVac™), cell-based immunization (ModiVacc™), electrofusion and hybridoma generation using semi-solid media and clone selection , as well as high throughput multiplex screening methods. ImmunoProtect™ determines the DNA sequence of your antibody and can be used to recombinantly express your antibody.

Abthena ™ Bispecifics

The proprietary bispecific Abthena™ technology complements the diverse discovery process of ImmunoPrecises and can be seamlessly integrated into the Artemis™ Intelligence Metadata (AIM)™ functions to enable rapid processing of additional algorithmic results in the optimization, stability, affinity and manufacturability of therapeutic antibodies enable. Our partner has developed an advanced discovery platform for wild-type and fully human bispecific antibody components that enables the generation of heterodimeric, optimized IgG scaffolds with validated binding attributes. Abthena™ provides yields comparable to monospecific equivalents with a high degree of dimer formation.
