Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V4067CAS #:1289023-67-1Purity >=98% Description: Rimegepant (formerly known as BMS-927711) is a highly potent, selective, orally bioavailable, cometitive calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonist with a Ki value of 0.027 nM. Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) receptor antagonists have demonstrated clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute migraine. BMS-927711 has good oral bioavailability in rat and cynomolgus monkey, attractive overall preclinical properties, and shows dose-dependent activity in a primate model of CGRP-induced facial blood flow. BMS-927711 is superior to placebo at several different doses (75 mg, 150 mg, and 300 mg) and has an excellent tolerability profile.BMS-927711 is presently in phase II clinical trials.
