Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V25611CAS #:1137916-97-2Purity >=98% Description: MK-0941 mesylate is a novel, orally bioactive and allosteric glucokinase activator (GKA) with EC50s of 240 and 65 nM for recombinant human glucokinase in the presence of 2.5 and 10 mM glucose, respectively. It has the potential to be used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. MK-0941 led to improvements in glycemic control that were not sustained.
