Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1655CAS #:23327-57-3Purity >=98% Description: Nefopam HCl (Fenazoxine) is a potent and centrally-acting but non-opioid analgesic drug by blocking voltage-gated sodium channel and inhibition of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline reuptake. It is widely used for the relief of moderate to severe pain as an alternative to opioid analgesic drugs. The mechanism of analgesia is not completely understood, it appears that nefopam is a centrally acting, non-opioid analgesic that inhibits reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine.
