Biological Activity	Mcl1-IN-1 is an inhibitor of myeloid cell factor 1 (Mcl-1) (IC₅₀=2.4 uM). IC50 & Target: IC50: 2.4 uM (Mcl-1)^[1] In Vitro: Mcl1-IN-1 (Compound 1) is a Mcl-1 inhibitor, which demonstrates good Mcl-1 inhibition (IC₅₀=2.4 uM) with no appreciable inhibition of Bcl-xL at 100 uM^[1].
