Biological Activity	Ceapin-A7 is a selective blocker of ATF6alpha signaling in response to ER stress, with an IC₅₀ of 0.59 uM. Ceapin-A7 can be used to explore both the mechanism of activation of ATF6alpha and its role in pathological settings^[1]. IC50 & Target: 0.59 uM (ATF6alpha)^[1] In Vitro: Ceapin-A7 sensitizes cells to ER stress^[1]. Ceapin (0.6-18.9 uM; 4.5 hours) selectively inhibits ATF6alpha but not ATF6beta^[1].
