Description	AAVS1 donor vector and AAVS1-specific TALEN nucleases. The AAVS1 safe-harbor donor vector contains arms of homology to AAVS1, multiple cloning sites, and a GFP-Puromycin resistance gene selection cassette. The selection cassette is flanked by loxP sites and can be removed with CRE recombinase (not included) following targeted integration. The entire selection cassette and MCS region is flanked by ITRsand can be seamlessly removed with Excision-onlytransposase (not included) for phenotype reversion.
