Product Description	The MCR-1 protein may catalyze the addition of a phosphoethanolamine moiety to lipid A, which is associated with polymyxin resistance. This modification observed in E. coli expressing MCR-1 increased the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of colistin and polymyxin B.
