Product Description	ALPK1-IN-3 is an inhibitor of ALPK1 extracted from patent WO2022063153A1 compound T007. ALPK1-IN-3 inhibits kidney proinflammatory gene expression and improves the survival rate of the animals in sepsis induced acute kidney injury animal model[1]. ALPK1-IN-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
