IC50 & Target: Glycolate oxidase^[1] In Vivo: Glycolic acid oxidase inhibitor 1 inhibits oxalate biosynthesis in isolated perfused rat liver. Glycolate oxidase inhibitors provide a specific approach to the prevention and treatment of calcium oxalate renal lithiasis^[1].
