Genway ID:
GWB-E044DB
Specificity:
CD19
Isotype:
IgG2a
Preparation:
Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Buffer Solution:
Phosphate buffered saline pH7. 4
Preservative Stabilisers:
0. 09% Sodium Azide 1% Bovine Serum Albumin
Immunogen:
Human K562 cell line transfected with murine CD19
Specificity:
Recognises the murine CD19 cell surface antigen a 95kD glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. Clone 6D5 has been shown to recognise the same epitope as clone ID3 in cross-competition assays.
Function:
Assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation. Subunit structureForms a complex with CD21 CD81 and CD225 in the membrane of mature B cells. Interacts with VAV. Interacts with GRB2 and SOS when phosphorylated on Tyr-346 and/or Tyr-376. Interacts with PLCG2 when phosphorylated on Tyr-402 By similarity. Subcellular locationMembrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Post-translational modificationPhosphorylated upon DNA damage probably by ATM or ATR By similarity. Ref. 5Sequence similaritiesContains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. 1. Nakagawa Y.
