Antigen Description |
Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) isa hormone found in humans and other animals. It is synthesized and secretedby gonadotrophs of the anterior pituitary gland. FSH regulates thedevelopment, growth, pubertal maturation, and reproductive processes of thebody. FSH and Luteinizing hormone (LH) act synergistically in reproduction. |
Storage |
Thelyophilized product, though stable for 3 weeks at room temperature, is beststored at –20oC. After reconstitution, short term (up to 1 week) store at2-8oC. Long term, add 0.1% HSA or BSA, aliquot and store at –20oC. Avoidmultiple freeze/thaw cycles. |
