Protocol
1. Take CARD HyperOva out from the freezer, and thaw it in incubator or water bath at 37C for 10 minutes.

2. Administer the CARD HyperOva to mouse within one hour after thawing. Equalize the CARD HyperOVA by inverting the tube before aspirating it to syringe.

3. You may have some clumps floating* in the solution which you cannot aspirate by the injection needle. In such a case, avoid the clumps and aspirate only other solution.

4. Female mice (C57BL/6 strain, 4 weeks of age) are intraperitoneally administered CARD HyperOva (0.1 - 0.2mL/head; i.p).

5. At 48h after the administration of HyperOva, 7.5IU hCG(i.p.)** are administered to the mice.

6. At 17h after hCG injection, mice are sacrificed by cervical dislocation, and their oviducts are collected and transferred to a fertilization dish.
