Subculture:

maintain at 0.5-1.0 x 10^6 cells/ml; split ratio 1:2 to 1:4 every 2-4 days; cells may grow slowly initially; seed at 0.5-1 x 10^6 cells/ml; maximal cell density at 1.5x10^6 viable cells/mL; 5% CO2; 37 C

Freezing Medium:

Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
