Biological Activity	Determined by its ability to chemoattract mouse B-cells using a concentration of 10-100 ng/ml.
Description	Mouse CXCL13 is strongly chemotactic for B-lymphocytes. It may also play a role in directing the migration of B-lymphocytes to follicles in secondary lymphoid organs. Recombinant Mouse CXCL13 contains 88 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. First add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the protein to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. After complete solubilization of the protein, it can be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 year in working aliquots at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
