Description	Amino acids 31 to 46 of human DcR3. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for receptors TNFRSF13B/TACI, TNFRSF17/BCMA, and TNFRSF13C/BAFFR. This cytokine is expressed in B cell lineage cells, and acts as a potent B cell activator. It has been also shown to play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
Formulation	It is supplied as 200 ug/ml, 50 ug/vial, in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM, Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store at -20C, stable for one year.
