Description	Amino acids 732 to 748 of human ADAM10. Members of the ADAM family are cell surface proteins with a unique structure possessing both potential adhesion and protease domains. This gene encodes and ADAM family member that cleaves many proteins including TNF-alpha and E-cadherin.
Formulation	It is supplied as 200 ug/ml, 50 ug/vial, in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM, Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide.. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store at -20C, stable for one year.
