Description	Thyroglobulin is a dimeric protein produced by and used entirely within the thyroid gland. It is used by the thyroid gland to produce the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3).
Formulation	Lyophilized from 0.02 M NH4HCO3 buffer. May contain traces of buffer salts.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Use phosphate buffer, pH >7.0 containing 0.15 M NaCl for reconstitution.
