Description	Purified native Human Troponin T protein (Cardiac)-Troponin T is a part of the troponin complex. It binds to tropomyosin, interlocking them to form a troponin-tropomyosin complex. Troponin T binds to tropomyosin and helps position it on actin. And in a less complicated light, Troponin T modulates contraction of striated muscle
Formulation	50 mM TRIS + HCl, pH 7.2 with 250 mM NaCl + 6 M Urea + 15 mM beta-mercaptoethanol, and 1 mM EDTA
Storage and Stability	Aliquot and store at -20C for short term storage, -80C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
