Description	Recombinant human HRAS GST-Tagged is suitable as a substrate for farnesyltransferase. The GST tag facilitates the protein‘s application in typical GST pull-down assays. Ras proteins are members of the superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins that function as molecular switches controlling a variety of signaling and transport pathways. HRas is one of the classic human Ras proteins (H-, N-, K-Ras4A, and K-Ras4B).
Formulation	Liquid in 25 mM HEPES, pH 7.2 + 40 mM NaCl + 5 mM DTT + 2 mM MgCl2 + 10 mM GDP
Storage and Stability	Stable for 1 year in working aliquots at -80C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
