Biological Activity	Activity of VEGFC is tested by the stimulation of VEGFR3 phosphorylation in cells transfected with VEGFR3. The expected ED50 is > 200 ng/ml.
Description	Recombinant Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C is a 125 amino acid protein that lacks the N-terminal signal peptide (from T103 to R227 of Gene Bank U58111). Human VEGFC exhibits about 85% homology with mouse VEGFC.
