Description	Recombinant Human Plasminogen Activator Inhibitor type 1 tPA Complex. Human PAI-1 stable mutant is reacted with an excess of human sc-tPA at physiological pH. The resulting 1:1 molar complex is purified from the remaining tPA by cobalt metal affinity chromatography resin.
