Description	Recombinant Human ANGPTL3, produced with N-terminal fusion of His-Tag, contains 207 amino acid residues of the Angiopoietin-like proteins-3 Human and 16 additional amino acid residues as a His-Tag (underlined in the amino acid sequence shown below).
Formulation	Lyiphilized from a sterile filtered solution in 0.05 M Acetate buffer, pH 4.

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add 0.2 ml of 0.1M acetate buffer, pH 4 to the vial to fully solubilize the protein. For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10 ug/ml. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Reconstituted protein is stable for two weeks, at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
