Description	Recombinant Human Agouti-Related Protein is created with N-terminal fusion of His Tag. It contains 112 amino acid residues of the human AGRP and 16 additional amino acid residues-His Tag, thrombin cleavage site (in bold below).

Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening . Add sterile distilled water to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
Storage and Stability	Store lyophilized protein at -20C. Reconstituted protein is stable for two weeks in working aliquots at 2-4C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles .
