Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Synthetic peptide from the C-terminal of the cloned rat cerebella NO-synthase, coupled to BSA. Tested on human and rat tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Frozen sections of rat colon. Absorption with, 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
Application Information	Works on: Frozen sections. 1:1500-1:2500 using FITC, with over night incubation at +4C.
