Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Synthetic rat PRP conjugated to BSA. Tested on rat tissues. Does not work on human tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat duodenum, fundus or antrum. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while PACAP27, PACAP38, VIP, PHI, CRF, oxytocin and vasopressin do not.
