Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Neurokinin A/Substance K, conjugated to BSA. Tested on rat tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Frozen sections of rat colon. Absorption with 10-100 ug NKA per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while SP does not.
Application Information	Works on: Paraffin and frozen sections. 1:400-1:800 using PAP, or 1:200-1:400 using FITC, with overnight incubation at +4C
