Description	Rat Anti-Mouse CD86 monoclonal antibody. CD86 is an 80 kDa immunoglobulin superfamily member. CD86 is expressed on activated B- and T-cells, macrophages, dendritic cells and astrocytes. CD86 binds to CD28 to transduce co-stimulatory signals for T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine production.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered solution in PBS
Immunogen	LPS stimulated mouse B-cells
Purification	Protein A/G affinity chromatography
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Add 400 ul sterile PBS to the vial to fully solubilize the antibody to a concentration of 500 ug/ml.
