Storage Conditions	Store freeze-dried product at 4-8C until expiration date. Reconstituted in small aliquots at -20C.
Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Recombinant histidine decarboxylase produced in, E. coli, . Tested on human, rat, mouse, dog and guinea-pig tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of fundus from rat. Absorption with 10-100 ug immunogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining.
