Storage Conditions	Store freeze-dried product at 4-8C C. until expiration date. Reconstituted in small aliquots at -20C.
Formulation	50 ul undiluted, freeze-dried antiserum. Dissolve the antiserum in 50-100 uL distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
Immunogen	Synthetic human calcitonin gene-related peptide. Tested on human and rat tissues.
Specificity	Positive control: Stefanini fixed frozen sections of rat colon. Absorption with 10-100 ug CGRP per ml diluted antiserum abolishes the staining, while calcitonin does not. Cross-reacts with amylin (IAPP).
