Formulation	0.5 ml vial containing monoclonal antibody for 100 tests, 4 mg/ml BSA, 0.02M sodium phosphate, 0.30 M sodium chloride, 0.1% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Reconstitution	Each lot is tested by flow cytometry using human peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL). Based on this testing it is recommended that 5 ul of antibody be used per 1 x 106 cells. Because results may vary, it is suggested that each investigator determine the optimal amount of antibody be used for each application.
Storage and Stability	Store at 2-8C. Fluorochrome conjugates should be stored in the dark and direct exposure to light should be avoided during handling and cell staining. It is recommended that cells be analyzed within 18 hours of staining. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommende that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
Specificity	This antibody reacts with CD15 antigen. CD15 is a branched polysaccharide (3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine, 3-FAL) found on a number of glycolipids and glycoproteins. CD15 is expressed on human peripheral blood monocytes and granulocytes, including neutrophils and eosinophils.
