Formulation	100 ug purified material in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide. Precaution: Sodium azide is a poisonous and hazardous substance which should be handled by trained staff only.
Storage and Stability	Store antibody at 2-8C until expiration date.
Specificity	The antibody specifically detects CD15. CD15 contains the pentasaccharide lacto-N-fucopentatose III and is particularly expressed on granulocytes and mature neutrophils and on a wide variety of tumor cells including myeloid leukemia, breast, colorectal, and lung cancer cells. The mAb BRA4F1 was clustered at the IVth International Workshop on Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens. Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized with K562 (an erythroid-myeloid leukemia cell line). Splenocytes were fused with mouse myeloma SP2.0-Ag14 cells.
