Description	Mouse Anti-Human IFN-gamma Clone MD-1 FITC labeled monoclonal antibody produced, in vitro, using serum free medium.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a membrane filtered (0.2 um) solution in 0.5 ml PBS + 1% BSA + 125 mM Trehalose.
Immunogen	Recombinant Human IFN-gamma
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography.
Reconstitution	Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Dissolve the contents of the vial by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Specificity	Recognizes both natural and recombinant human and macaque IFN-gamma, in vitro . The antibody exerts no reactivity towards mouse and rat IFN-gamma and human IFN-alpha and beta.
