Cross-Reactivity	The antibody exerts no reactivity towards mouse and rat IFN-gamma and human, IFN-alpha and -beta.
Description	Mouse Anti-Human IFN-gamma Clone MD-1 monoclonal antibody. The mAb was produced, in vitro, using serum free medium.
Formulation	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um sterile filtered solution of 0.5 ml PBS + 125 mM trehalose.
Purification	Ion exchange chromatography
Reconstitution	Reconstitute by injection of 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized product is stable for at least one year at 2-4C. After reconstitution, the contents can be safely stored at 2-4C for one month or for one year at -20C. Add 0.02% sodium azide to prevent bacterial growth. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity	Neutralizes both natural and recombinant human and monkey IFN-gamma, in vitro, and, in vivo .
