Biotinylated Goat Anti-Chicken IgY |
Quality Control |
Antibodies were analyzed using immunoelectro-phoresis and a sandwich ELISA using HRP-labeled streptavidin. In this latter test, a 1:500, 000 dilution was found to generate an O.D of 1.0 in a 30 minute reaction with tetramethylbenzidine as the substrate. |
